Seven Acre Woods offers time away Cabining in our bespoke self catering Cabins in The Woods, Glamping in our fully equipped Bell Tents or Hut and Camping in your Tent on The Field
We are located just outside the little picture perfect village of Sedlescombe in East Sussex, 10/15 minutes from the historic town of Battle and bustling Sussex beaches... a little over an hour on a train from London, we are a quiet escape to a peaceful setting in rural countryside
Here In The Woods, families, singles, couples, with or without dogs, you find Fun for Kids and much to explore Here On Site, and with our Extras to add to your Reservation, you can be sure to live your best Woodland Life!
Nature, wildlife and History on the doorstep will fascinate and being between beaches and woodlands, there is the best of both worlds Surrounding Us with exciting Places to Go and superb local Restaurants and Pubs in idyllic villages to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is much to do during your stay!
- CABINING -
Our 5 Cabins, The Goose Nest, The Pheasant Field, The Deer Meadow, The Rabbit Warren and The Boar Wood are all within our peaceful and tranquil woods bordering the ancient Brede High Woods and can be enjoyed throughout all four Seasons.
Each accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (3 children in The Boar Wood) - each have their own indoor shower room with flushing toilet, kitchen area, electricity to include heating and lighting... along with plenty more to enjoy your Cabin stay
With dog friendly Cabins, outside you will find a covered verandah with seating overlooking your outdoor fire-pit set amongst the trees - a must to spend an evening toasting marshmallows and enjoying the surroundings
Bedding, linen and towels are provided along with complimentary toiletries and hot drink provisions as well as many additional Extras including Meal and Food Packages, which are bookable when making your Reservation to make your stay all that more special, easy and unique!
Cars are parked a short distance from the woods in the car park allowing our small site to be free and safe from cars with barrows on site to help transport your belongings!
- GLAMPING -
Our Glamping Tents accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and are supplied with beds, carpeting, storage, electricity and lighting... amongst much more to enjoy your Glamping stay
Both Tents are situated on our small field with hot water showers and flushing toilets being close by and outside you will find seating on the decking overlooking your outdoor fire-pit along with a picnic bench - where an evening spend under the stars is a must
Bedding and linen is included and many additional Extras which are bookable when making your Reservation to make your stay all that more special, easy and unique!
Cars are parked a stones throw from the pitches in our car park allowing our small site to be free and safe from cars with barrows on site to help transport your belongings!
- CAMPING -
Our Camping Pitches are on our small grass field and and the pitch size is unlimited for your tent and camping paraphernalia and up to 2 adults and 4 children
All pitches come with electric hook up and own fire-pit with hot water shower and flushing toilets close by
Many additional Extras which are bookable when making your Reservation to make your stay all that more special, easy and unique!

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
2020, The year of Lockdown, Seven Acre Woods opened its doors to our Cabiners and Campers and now every year we welcome new and returning Guests to enjoy time away in the outdoors to experience quality time and make magical memories!
Family & Friends
We do wish for family and friends to gather and enjoy being together here, however Seven Acre Woods being a small site we find limiting Group Bookings to 2 Units* (during April through to September, inclusive) really ensures everyone enjoys their time and memories!
We take pride in providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests at our small, friendly and family run site which is why our Group Booking Policy works really well for all - and with a no music policy, we hope to have created the perfect atmosphere for all our families, couples, children and solo guests! With the sounds of nature and those enjoying the outdoors, we hope to welcome you here to our little slice of woodland paradise!
We live and work onsite at Seven Acre Woods... some 'work from home' but our 'home is work'!
Incredibly proud we are of what our dream has become and trust too your stay here will too be a dream for you!
