We do have rules that need to be followed to ensure all have a wonderful time and kept safe... below are a few:

Multiple Reservations 'Group Bookings'
We take pride in providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests at our small, friendly and family run site which is why our Multiple Group Policy work well for all and with a no music policy, we hope to have created the perfect atmosphere for all our families, couples, children and solo guests!
We do wish for family and friends to gather and enjoy being together here, Seven Acre Woods however being a small site we find limiting Multiple Reservations (Group Bookings) ensures everyone enjoys their time and experience whilst being here!
A GROUP BOOKING IS MORE THAN 1 UNIT BOOKED FOR THE SAME DATES, WHETHER BOOKED INDIVIDUALLY OR PART OF ONE BOOKING
Here at Seen Acre Woods, we state a maximum GROUP BOOKING of 2 UNITS (whether a Cabin, Tent or Hut) during April through to September, inclusive
With the sounds of nature and those enjoying the outdoors, we hope to welcome you here to our little slice of woodland paradise!
Our Cabins and facilities are for the exclusive use of Cabiners and any Glampers/Hutters/Campers in their group are not to congregate in or around the Cabins/firepit as these are unique for our Cabiner guests only, but Cabiners are welcome to gather in The Field with those Glamping/Hutting/Camping!
(Please do not make Reservations out of these Terms as it will make it a very difficult situation for us all , so do email us if you have a Reservation that exceeds our policy)
