March... halfway through already!

Holiday at Home... Dusk in The Woods 'March 2023'

Well, January was super slow and February didn't even touch the sides and now March is doing the same! A little late with our Newsletter this month but here it is with some super special promotional offers for Spring literally being around the corner, which also means... so is Camping Season!

The diary is already getting booked up quick with our Glampers and Campers and we are so looking forward to having the 2023 Season start! This means giving the Facilities Hut a good clean and update, putting up the Glamping Tents next week (we have a new 5ft tent as well as some super furnishings for within... and out!), and mowing The Field in readiness. Along with a new car parking area and wooden bases for our Glamping Tents and new shower fittings in the Facilites Hut... Seven Acre Woods has had a Spring Clean to freshen up for the Season!

So, we ourselves had a little Holiday at Home and stayed in The Boar Wood earlier this month... we often envy hearing what a great time our guests have here and seeing them making the most of what Seven Acre Woods offers, so we ourselves decided to ourselves! An early evening around the fire-pit, toasting marshmallows we picked up from The Cubby's Honesty Store, along with a few drinks and catching up with our weeks was followed by games and a buffet of snacks in the cosy Cabin and then a super early night for us all! An early rise meant I was able to finish my book with a coffee on the veranda and watch the day start which was such a beautiful and tranquil hour or so which soon followed by our Continental Breakfast Box, which is a must as a quick and easy breakfast for check-out morning... before heading back to base and getting on with our busy day! Our getaway was truly wonderful to experiencing what our Cabiners experience and such a perfect way to reset and recharge before we finish off our Pre-Spring chores!

So, with Spring comes Easter and the Easter Weekend and we have some Easter Fun for the children and we are nearly pretty fully booked... but we still have Cabin, Glamping and Camping availability over the Easter Holidays and are running a special 10% off offer if you book up for a woodland getaway this Easter!
